Abstract
The present proposal aims to adapt a digital version of the Trail Making Test to extract fine-grained markers of executive functioning in patients with dementia. Our development, already tested in neurotypicals, measures hand and eye trajectories with high resolution, enabling the dissection of the task in individual executive components. This seed project involves a network of centers within ReDLat, with the aim of expanding data acquisition and analysis capacities through a larger grant. Ultimately, these features could be used to feed a machine learning model to characterize and classify patients with executive dysfunctions.
