Pedro is an undergraduate student in Gerontology at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Brazil. His research trajectory has been dedicated to the study of potential biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease, with particular emphasis on its association with cardiovascular health. Currently, under the supervision of Dr. Claudia Duran, he is committed to advancing his academic development and research expertise by investigating the biological mechanisms that interconnect these two conditions.
