We propose a large transethnic study (n=85,000) to investigate ancestry-specific clinical and genetic correlates of commissural tracts through an ancestry-informed GWAS analysis in an ethnically diverse sample. Further, we will use the novel TRACTOR software to obtain ancestry-specific effects in admixed populations. Moreover, we will generate a novel genetic dataset to strengthen dementia-related research in Latinos (n=500).
