DISCeRN – DIgital markers of Social Cognition for diagnosis & pRognosis in Neurodegeneration

The DISCeRN project aims to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of neurodegenerative diseases by developing innovative digital markers of social cognition. The project focuses on understanding how difficulties in social interactions, emotional processing, and social inclusion affect people living with conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. By combining artificial intelligence, digital neuropsychology, and large international datasets, DISCeRN seeks to modernize clinical assessment tools and promote more personalized and socially inclusive approaches to brain health and patient care.
